Shalom Mennonite Church in Indianapolis is sponsoring an organization called Indiana AID, which reaches out to immigrants who are detained in our state’s only long-term ICE facility through video calls. Indiana AID is currently looking for volunteers – especially Spanish-speakers – who would be willing to serve as visitation partners with the people we serve by committing to talking with them once per week through a video call.
