• Joanne and Sharon collaborate regularly with leadership teams who invest deeply in the vision and mission of our conference. Joanne meets with the Gifts Development Team, Leadership Enhancement Team, and the Intercultural Working Group. Sharon meets with the Ministry Credentialing Team and Stewardship Team. Both Joanne and Sharon join Missional Leadership Team meetings.
• Sharon met with the Midwest Chaplains via zoom on April 11, hosted by MHS Association. This group provides support to chaplains who serve in this region, some of whom attend our conference congregations.  
• Joanne will serve as worship leader for the AMBS Transition to Leadership program April 14-16.
