News - Transition Team process
At the June 14-16, 2007, Annual Sessions, delegates approved the Listening & Redesign Proposal by 96% and the Executive Committee named a Transition Team to discern how to implement the system redesign proposal. The Transition Team held their first meeting on August 21, 2007.

Please pray for IN-MI Transition Team members and for God’s leading for the work they hope to complete at their next meeting: Monday, May 12, at Berkey Avenue Mennonite Fellowship, Goshen, Ind. They will focus on writing job descriptions for the lead conference minister, the Missional Leadership Team and the Advisory Council, and will prepare for Annual Sessions. -- Sarah Rohrer for the Transition Team
Between now and Annual Sessions, the Transition Team plans to send delegates correspondence around twice a month (via e-mail or hard copy). In the next week, delegates will receive a letter summarizing feedback from cluster meetings, and answers to some questions asked during the meetings.
