Bethany Fourth Graders Plan Historical Events: On Thursday, Apr. 13, the fourth grade class at Bethany Christian Schools will be presenting skits to help others learn about the Trail of Death, the forced removal of the Potawatomi from Indiana in 1838. The program begins at 6:30 p.m., is open to the public, and is in preparation for another public event on Saturday, Apr. 22.

Trail of Death Event: A public gathering to remember, lament, and apologize for the forced removal of Potawatomi from Indiana will be held Saturday, Apr. 22. The event, sponsored by the Trail of Death Association and the Fulton County Historical Society, will begin at 2 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church (1310 Main Street, Rochester). Mennonite Church USA has accepted an invitation to send a representative to speak on behalf of its constituency.

Bright Time Summer Camp, June 5-9, has more than 50 athletic, fine arts, science, and all kinds of fun camps for age 4 through rising grade 8. Camps are $30-$40.
